Julie Gleeson has worked with thousands of people to assist them to find their natural source of wisdom and to tap into their unique spark of the divine. She is a courageous partner in resolving personal issues, and a trusted guide for people traveling through the rapids and calms of life. She is an internationally recognized coach and consultant in many areas of life, and has a particular emphasis in and love of, the art and science of relationship. People who know and have worked with her commonly say that she is a great listener.

Ms. Gleeson brings her wisdom and listening skills to bridging differences in her volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Contra Costa County. In her position as a CASA for the past 9 years, she represents children who have been abused or neglected as they go through the court system. She is their voice in court, and has a County-wide reputation as someone who can listen to all sides of an issue and build rapport so that everyone agrees on the solutions she presents.

For 5 years Ms. Gleeson worked closely on staff with Ken Anbender and Gail Cantor of Contegrity Program Designs as Programs Manager. In that position she worked closely with hundreds of people in public programs and private consultations. She was the first leader of Contegrity Program Designs, Inc. public programs who was drawn from, developed by and supported by the community and she was also a valuable member of their international study community.

Prior to her work with Contegrity, Ms. Gleeson managed an office for McCaw Cellular One. In that position, she relied on her innate skills as a team builder, bringing staff and consultants together into a functioning team, at a time of fairly high turnover and an explosion of business. As the telecommunications industry grew, she worked on the integrity of her department, turning it from a group of mistrusted and scattered people into one of the most highly acclaimed departments in the company. At the end of her career in telecommunications, she was managing 50 construction projects through the permitting phase, and was recognized by her peers as a Service Legend.

Along with her husband, Tim, Ms. Gleeson was the proprietor of two, state-of-the-art pet stores, Steffi’s Tropical Pet Garden, Inc., bringing a new level of integrity, honor, health and wholeness to the field of pet ownership. Because she recognized the deplorable conditions that most animals faced in pet stores, she worked tirelessly to create a new model of pet store that offers health-certified animals and education to the public regarding animal care.

She pioneered breeder referrals for purchasing cats and dogs, and collaborated with many internationally known exotic bird breeders so that she would have hand-reared birds for sale. She also reared many of them herself!
Throughout her career, Julie has worked from compassion, honor, integrity and the natural spirit inherent in all beings. She has spent her life working with people, not because they were broken, but because they are holy.
