How large are the groups I'll be with?

Our preference is to work individually with clients. We also work with couples and small work teams, though we may recommend individual work in those cases as well.

Who are your typical clients?

We seem to cover many differing demographics, from overwhelmed single moms to very successful entrepreneurs. We've worked with Executives, Construction Workers, Real Estate Agents, Contractors, Interior Designers, Sales People, retired people, Marketing Experts, Lawyers, Accountants.Ages for our work go anywhere from 18 to 75! We've worked with people who are struggling to make ends meet and people who have their retirement completely funded. We've worked with Elementary School personnel, and worked with non-profits. (We have special rates for both of those categories.) We have an even mix of men and women as clients.

Where do you typically work?

We have several local retreat sites in the San Francisco Bay Area that afford us comfortable and quiet surroundings, as well as overnight accommodations. These sites are designed to support a reflective environment with little or no 'noise'.

How long is a typical retreat?

Our work is individually designed for our clients. Our initial interviews will help us determine the proper length of the retreat, with the typical retreat being 2-5 days. These retreats have a 3 month follow up included at no extra charge.

Do you offer to work with clients for shorter periods of time?

We offer hourly rates, half-day rates, daily rates and multiple day rates to allow us to customize any approach that seems appropriate after meeting with a client.

What are your rates?

We charge $1200 per day, $650 for a half day, $175 per hour Retreats are $4000 for 5 days, or $1000 per day for 2-4 days.

How long does it take to 'work'?

You will experience a rapid, almost overnight elimination of stress, allowing you to be more productive, more at peace and more innately healthy. The longer the retreat session, the more quickly you will eliminate stress.

Will I need to remember new ways to behave?

Not really. Our work is designed to remove the things that are blocking your own access to wisdom. This involves remembering LESS, not more!

Are you available for speaking engagements?

Yes! We do many of these Pro Bono, or for reduced rates.
